Glad to see you here again and thanks for your comments. As for "defeating" self-doubt and intimidation" I think we get the best results when we focus on what we want, not what we do not want. So, it's more effective to focus on building self-confidence, self-acceptance and self-worth than to focus on defeating something. We inadvertently create more of what we focus on, dwell on and embrace. As for "silly mistakes," we can all relate to that! Life is about learning as we go and realizing that progress trumps perfection. You are heading in the right direction, good for you!

I'd love to be promoted in my job and am getting closer, I can feel it. However, this wouldve been achieved month ago (I think) if only I have the guts and belief in myself to be more assertive (thats how it works at my job). BUT the lack of confidence holds me back at times...when I do well, I become overly aware and subconsciously screw up. The unnatural effort...which is not in favor of my advicement, but for the appeasal of others. I think I could be on to something. I truely can not help the self-doubt and hatred at times BUT when I'm not overthinking work and enjoying what I do (ie in "the zone"), I kill it; I'm the best, and I know it...therefor, so do others. How does one defeat self doutb and intimidation..and self destruction?? So many silly mistakes when I'm trying so hard
